The DuPage Symphony Orchestra is delighted to welcome you to Holiday Magic, our festive celebration of winter traditions, featuring seasonal favorites, storytelling, and a visit from our special friends from the North Pole.
Below you’ll find all the timing, parking, seating, and family information you need to enjoy a smooth and magical experience.
Concert timeline for the 3:00 PM performance
Run time: Approx. 75 minutes
2:15 PM — Lobby opens to patrons
2:30 PM — Concert hall opens
3:00 PM — Holiday Magic begins (approx. 75 minutes; no intermission)
4:15 PM — Complimentary photos with Santa in the lobby
There are no sudden flashing lights
Decibels can reach up to 140 dB
Protective headphones are welcome!
Parking
Arrival tips
Entrance:
Please use the main Ellsworth Street doors to enter Wentz Hall.
Exit:
All patrons will exit via the Madden Lobby on Chicago Avenue.
For a speedy and safe turnaround, please follow this entry and exit protocol.
Just turn right upon leaving the hall and follow the signs!
E-tickets (mobile or printed) are the fastest way to enter!
This concert is sold out; no walk-up tickets will be available.
Will Call is in the alcove under the stairs. If you need assistance, please plan for long lines. If you would like to change your ticket to an e-ticket to avoid the line, please email patronservices@dupagesymphony.org by Wednesday, December 10th.
If your mailed tickets have not arrived, email patronservices@dupagesymphony.org and we will send digital versions or hold your order at Will Call.
E-tickets are the way to go!
If you can no longer attend
Please email patronservices@dupagesymphony.org so we can release your seats to another individual. We are happy to provide a donation receipt for the ticket value. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.

4Kids Sake Food Drive
Girl Scouts of Greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana will be collecting donations for 4Kids Sake Food Pantry and Enrichment Center.
Please bring the following to share with our community and friends:
Canned protein • Low-sugar canned fruit • Ready-to-eat soups • Dried fruit • Whole wheat pasta • Sauces • Whole grain cereals • Oatmeal • Rice • Couscous • Grains • Muffin mix • Canned tomatoes • Personal care products

Seats 1–17 → North Door
Seats 18–33 → South Door
Balcony (Rows AA–GG):
Seats 1–17 → North Door
Seats 18–33 → South Door
House Right 1–5 → North Door
House Left 6–10 → South Door
Choral Balcony:
General Admission seating.
Ushers will assist you upon arrival.

Join us in the lobby immediately after the concert for a complimentary professional photo taken by Jordan Quaid-Bowman.
A $5 suggested donation supports DSO programs.
Digital photos will be emailed out a few days after the concert.
