The DuPage Symphony Orchestra’s Dance Mix ’25 program will take you on an enthralling journey from elegant ballrooms to crowded village squares, from theatrical stages to bustling street corners, with an array of lively and colorful orchestral dances.  With musical selections ranging from Berlioz to Bernstein and Chabrier to Strauss, you’ll travel through both centuries and cultures to celebrate one of the most basic forms of human expression.  Excerpts from Symphonie fantastique, The Three-Cornered Hat, Danzas fantasticas, and more, as well as scenes from popular ballets, operas, and musicals will guarantee a fun-filled and inspirational evening.  And yes, you’ll have a chance to dance in the aisles, clap along with the music, and maybe even shout “Mambo!”
